Charmed Honeycombs

This pattern was originally patterned in "Quilting Today" magazine (Chitra Publications, Issue 82) as "Folded Hexagon." It is an unusual pattern - each little hexagon shape is appliqued and quilted first, so one ends up with hundreds of little coasters! Each coaster, I mean hexagon, is whipstitched to its neighbors until one reaches the desired size. This is all hand-appliqued and hand-quilted and hand-whip-stitched
