With a color palette perhaps inspired by two animated sister-princesses, "Frozen" was my chance to experiment with an applique technique (involving decoupage medium) I had not previously used. The original applique designs were adapted from hotel hallway wallpaper spotted in Buffalo, NY. Machine pieced, appliqued, and quilted.
